ORDERING

What is the shelf life of Green Caviar and how do I store them?
Green Caviar can be kept for up to 8 months! Take only what you need and keep the rest in the fridge in a ziplock bag. It is important not to freeze the green caviar as it is still "alive", once frozen, it will die and will not retain its sea grapes appearance and texture. Keep them away from heat too!

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by Paypal which accepts all credit cards including AMEX. Unfortunately, we do not accept COD or bank transfer.

What if something I want is out of stock?
We always try our best to restock our items once it is running low. However, if you need an item urgently, do send us an email at hello@mealbelly.com and we will assist you from there.

 

SHIPPING

You mean Green Caviar can be shipped via courier without spoiling? 
Yes, of course! Even tho it's still "alive" and shipped via courier, green caviar can last up to 8 months! So when your order reaches you, it will still be fresh!

What happens after I placed my order?
Once we have received your order, we will ship it out within 1-3 working days. 

Thereafter, our delivery partners will deliver within the following time frames: 

Standard courier: 1-3 working days. SGD$1.00 (Tracking provided)

Express courier: *1 working day. SGD$8.50 per order
*Orders made after 2pm will only be processed the next working day

Am I able to track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes you can. Our third party couriers will let you track your order on their website.

Is worldwide shipping available? 
Yes we do!

How much does it cost and how long will it take?
Malaysia: SGD$5.00 per order. 3-7 working days

Australia: AU$5.00 per order. 3-7 working days

Rest of the world at a flat rate of SGD$10.00 per order. 7-14 working days

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

I do not fancy a particular product I ordered, may I return or exchange it? 
We regret to inform you that we currently do not allow returns or exchange of our products. 

What if a product I ordered is defective or damaged? 
Please send us an email at hello@mealbelly.com and we will assist you from there.
